DELEGATES PLEASE NOTE:  By submitting this registration you hereby confirm that you wish to register for the 8^th  U6+ Conference under the following conditions:

• Registration is for the full conference, to be held on 10-12 September 2024.
• The personal details supplied in the registration form are the correct details of the delegate attending the conference.
• Payment for the applicable conference fee will be made into the bank account with information detailed on the invoice  before 31 July 2024 (for Early Bird registrations) and 29 August 2024 (for Regular registrations)
• If this registration is cancelled less than 14 days before the conference, OR if I do not attend the conference, I accept that the full conference fee will be payable.
• Please note that this is an in-person on-site (not virtual) conference.
